Responsible Service of Alcohol. The course will give the participants the knowledge and understanding of relevant Queensland Liquor Laws. Training in identifying problems such as declining service when appropriate, how to minimize confrontation and arguments, understanding your responsibilities and fines. Enabling you to deal with patrons and provide accurate advice and information to customers regarding alcoholic beverages.

Under the Food Safety Supervisor provisions Food Act 2006 all licensed food businesses must have a Food Safety Supervisor on staff who is responsible for the day to day food safety in the business.
