Normie Rowe LIVE

17 August @ 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Normie Rowe, often celebrated as Australia’s first “King of Pop,” became a leading figure in the mid-60s with hits like “Que Sera Sera,” “Shakin’ All Over,” and “It Ain’t Necessarily So.” His music defined the Baby Boomer generation and sparked unprecedented fan frenzy in Australia. At his peak, Normie was drafted into the Army for the Vietnam War. After his service, he transitioned into television, notably starring in “Sons and Daughters,” and later earned acclaim for his role as Jean Valjean in “Les Misérables.”

A passionate advocate for Vietnam Veterans, Normie continues to connect with audiences through his music and performances. On August 17, he is set to perform a special live concert at Currumbin RSL, where he will revisit the iconic hits that made him a cherished Australian entertainer.
