The new summer Alleys Restaurant and Bar menu is launched this Wednesday (21 November) and we have a sneak preview.

Whether enjoying a share plate with friends, a family gathering or just a casual catch up with your bestie, Alleys Restaurant and Bar offers a creative range of fresh and vibrant dishes, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and traditional options, with interesting twists.

Alleys Restaurant is a real hidden gem and breaks the mold of what you would expect from a traditional RSL. The food is pleasant on the eye and with herbs, fresh honey and other ingredients from the onsite gardens, it is no wonder the restaurant continues to win major awards and recognition.

The new menu celebrates sharing and has some delightful options including hand crafted Chicken Spring Rolls and Steamed Dim Sims, and Roasted Corn Arancini Balls all with perfectly complimented dipping sauces.

The Tempura Pork Belly Poke is visually stunning and is expected to be a favourite with the clean and fresh combination of Asian style wild rice, cucumber, avocado, carrot, radish, green papaya, coriander with ponzu mayo and wakame.

The new Alleys menu also has a seductive range of desserts including the Banoffee Mess, Luscious Sambuca and Liquorice Ice Cream, Orange and Grand Marnier Panna Cotta to name just a few.

Dinning at Alleys Restaurant is a true escape. The waterside location, with tables overlooking the water, is the perfect place for a long lunch or twilight catch up with friends.
