Get ready for a night of black tie gala as Currumbin RSL host the first All Services Ball.
The purpose of the event is too honour and thank the outstanding men and women, who serve our great nation. Recognising the importance of the sacrifices they make in all areas of service, in their commitment to serve across Australia.
This is an opportunity for our current and ex-service community (including our defence force, emergency service, first responder) to come together and be recognised and honoured for their sacrifice.
The night will be hosted by the one and only Bridget Daley From Gold FM with all funds raised going to support veterans, first responders and their families suffering from PTSD.
The All Services Ball is organised by Andy and Zoe Cullen from PTSD Resurrected and will feature Honorary Guest Speaker: Adventurer Dr Geoff Wilson. Dr Geoff Wilson is one of the world’s most accomplished desert, polar and kite-traction adventurers and holds three current world records.
The night will also feature a show stopping performance by the renowned Royal Australian Veterans Navy Band as well as a range of not-to-be-missed auction items.
When: Saturday 15 June 2019
Where: Currumbin RSL
Veteran and Event Organiser Andy Cullen said, “The funds raised from this event will go towards providing services at PTSD Resurrected Inc. and will help to restore hope, healing and purpose to individuals suffering from PTSD as a result of trauma experienced during their service.”
PTSD Resurrected recognises trauma does not only impact an individual but the entire family, as a result we help individuals and families address trauma from a holistic perspective including spiritual, mental and physical through the provision of free trauma healing courses, community events, counselling and education services.
PTSD Resurrected Inc. is a registered charity and all donations over $2 are tax deductible. All funds raised go directly to supporting individuals and families suffering from PTSD and assist in the running costs of providing our courses and services free of charge to the community in need.
