About Dune Cafe

Dune Cafe overlooks the beautiful Currumbin Cove and Tarrabora Parklands in Palm Beach, Queensland. It is adjacent to the kids pirate park and one of the best on the Gold Coast to relax, enjoy and soak up the spectacular Gold Coast atmosphere.

We pride ourselves on offering top quality, fresh, organic and local produce. All fresh meats are sourced from our local butcher and fruit and vegetables from local producers. Our menus include a great range of Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Genetically Modified and Organism Free options to choose from.

We invite you to come see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

The cafe offers quality and fresh local produce, a variety of breakfast and lunch items, including a kids breakfast, lunch and drinks menu and has been commended for its fantastic coffee and burgers.
It has even been voted by locals as one of the top 3 place to have breakfast on the Gold Coast through Crave Gold Coast.
There is also a selection of gluten free, vegetarian and organic items to choose from. Our Chef prides himself on selecting local produce where ever possible, so rest assured you are supporting locals through a chain of food streams!

Kids Parties

The Dune Cafe can cater for childrens birthday parties, with tailored kids party menus on offer sure to bring a smile to your birthday boy or girl!

Choose to have your child’s birthday party at Dune Cafe and enjoy the convenience of the Pirate Park close by or package it with a stand up paddle boarding lesson from JM SUP

A party menu, packaged with Stand Up Paddle boarding lesson is from only $30.00 per child (min. 10 children).

Meet Andy Dutton: Head Chef & Manager of the Year

Andy’s hospitality experience spans 17 Years. He has been in hospitality long enough to gain considerable experience, yet maintains a fresh and dynamic attitude to what can only be described as a trend based industry.

Andy’s work as a chef has taken him around Australia and his roles have exposed him to many different cuisines, demographics and environments. From 5 star banquet service to health retreats in far north QLD and high end award winning bistros on the coast of WA. Dune Cafe is certainly lucky to have the likes of Andy leading and inspiring the kitchen team and inspiring.

Andy’s passion for food is evident when you eat it. Local, organic, sustainable and fresh food which is still in line with his classical training speaks for itself on his seasonal menus. You can also find Andy updating all things he likes about food and Dune Cafe on their instagram page.
