Currumbin RSL has always been known as a Club that invests in its staff. The Club opened a college of hospitality, the first of its kind within the Club industry.  Ignite Education is in its 18th successful year as a registered training organisation Staff from both Dune Cafe and Currumbin RSL are currently on a food lovers tour in South East Asia. Dune Cafe Executive Chef Andy Dutton, Cafe Manager Tahlia Ebert and Pastry Chef Bridgit Paul along with Currumbin RSL Sous Chef Adam Paenga are enjoying the food, culture and nightlife. Arriving in Singapore on Wednesday the foursome have taken in the sites and visited China Town and the ever impressive Marina Bay Sands. From there the group will travel to Hoi An in Vietnam and take on a cooking master class Imagine the cuisine knowledge they’ll all bring back for our hungry tummies!
