Did you know that one in three Australians will need blood in their lifetime but only one in thirty donates?
The lives of cancer patients, road trauma victims, unborn babies and people undergoing dialysis all rely on receiving donated blood and blood products.
You can roll up your sleeves and donate blood when the Australian Red Cross Mobile Unit visits Currumbin RSL Club on Friday 7th September from 8am – 11am.
Giving blood only takes an hour of your time and is one of the easiest ways to give back to the community. With every blood donation saving three lives, your generosity will make a big difference!
