Live ChatLet’s Go… Seniors Alive Connections by the Creek

Join us Thursday August 19 from 10am to 12.30pm in our function room for Connections By The Creek.
Enjoy great live entertainment, fun, food, laughs, raffles and lucky door prizes! Entry is only $8.
Live performances by ‘2 Ezy’, The Whoppatitty Girls (from Seniors 60’s & Better group) and the always popular Currumbin Primary school students.
Guest Speaker, Janet Hawkins will teach fall prevention techniques and the ‘Steady Steps program’ which is a ‘how to stay active safely and make new friends activity. Marian Fenlon, yoga instructor, will give a yoga demonstration, aimed at seniors, with easy chair exercises for all to participate (improve flexibility, strength and balance).
