The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) will hold Veterans’ Health Week (VHW) between Monday 19 and Sunday 25 July 2010.
The aim of the Week is to raise awareness of, and encourage participation in, activities that promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of the veteran and their families and carers.
Currumbin RSL’s Veterans Support Centre is hosting a morning tea at Tarrabora Community Rooms at the Palm Beach Parklands on Wednesday July 21. It is guaranteed to be an interesting morning with guest speakers, cooking workshops, a good living presentation, prizes, showbags and more.
