The event room, with picturesque waterfront views, is situated on the first floor of Currumbin RSL, can accommodate up to 250 guests with absolute privacy. Whether your function is a wedding, birthday, anniversary, business event or social club function, the function room can be transformed effortlessly to cater to your specific needs.

We have won many varied awards over the years through the Australian Bridal Industry Academy If you’ve had a wedding with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Special features include a large dance floor, a private bar for your exclusive use and an outdoor balcony with spectacular water views over the upper reaches of the Currumbin Estuary. The large balcony can be utilised for a breakfast, luncheon or drinks and finger food on arrival at sunset. The sparkling water is the perfect background for formal or guest photos for a wedding. For corporate events the function room also offer free WiFi access.

The chefs in our award winning restaurant cater for all styles of functions and an extensive range of menu selections are available – from sumptuous cocktail and finger food, to tantalising buffets and exquisite a-la-carte. Your personal selection will be carefully prepared to provide you and your guests with only the best in quality and presentation.

Currumbin RSL is a very popular wedding venue. Our attention is focussed on your needs and requirements, ensuring quality and service throughout your wedding function. Although evening weddings are the most common, you may choose a non-traditional time or day – you may choose a special date, a day other than Saturday, or how about a breakfast or lunch wedding. All of these options are available for you when you choose Currumbin RSL for your wedding.

For smaller groups Tarrabora Community Rooms at the Palm Beach parklands are also available.

Our multi award winning Function Manager will be more than happy to assist you with all of your function requirements including decorations, photography, balloons, wedding cake, flowers, chair covers etc. Whatever style of music you have in mind, from a harpist to a 4 piece band, we are able to offer you a variety of options which will enhance the atmosphere of your event.
