Situated at the Palm Beach Parklands, directly off the Gold Coast highway, overlooking a beautiful cove, Dune Café is one of the best spots to relax, enjoy and soak up what the coast is all about.

Sunday Sounds

On Sunday September 26 Dune Cafe will showcase the soulfoul sounds of the David Flower band from 2.30pm. Enjoy live entertainment by the sea and sample some of the cafe’s delicious tapas. Also why not come along to Movies by the Sea. We’ll be open late so bring along a picnic blanket and enjoy an evening under the stars.

At the Palm Beach Parklands, Dune Cafe has had great success since it opened in August 2009. Directly off the Gold Coast highway, it overlooks the beautiful Palm Beach cove and offers top quality local produce and has been commended for its fantastic coffee.

The friendly staff enjoy the calming sea view and the fact that the parklands itself cater to everyone, from local morning walkers, tourists taking a dip in the calm waters and the kids who utilise the original pirate themed playground.

Neal Stickland, Head Chef and Zhayna Chee, Café Manager have been running a tight ship where friendliness, professionalism and a bit of fun are the key ingredients to this Café’s success and look forward to welcoming locals and tourists alike.

Jiri Solnicka, who has been producing exquisite food worldwide for the past 30 years, is now executive chef of Dune Café along with Alleys Restaurant at Currumbin RSL and the newly conceived catering company Foodoo Jiri worked at Sea World Nara Resort for 16 years overseeing three kitchens, six food outlets and 400 resort rooms and is more than happy to bring his passion to the RSL chains.

Tarrabora Community Rooms are situated next to the Cafe and is available for hire.
