Hubert is currently the Fine Wine Manager / Product Expert at Dan Murphys on the Gold Coast, Queensland, in the area of Australian Wine and Spirits. He is also Director of Appellation Wine Press trading as Off the Vine. Hubert is a respected Sommelier consulting with the famous Little Truffle Restaurant as wine educator and wine menu design, food and beverage staff training and all other relevant Sommelier Duties. He has also worked at Kallesky Wines, Teusner Wines and Champagne Brasserie, Broadbeach. Hubert has a degree from the University of Wollongong and a certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (Distinction).
