Executive Chef
Jiri Solnicka has been producing exquisite food for 30 years. His experience spans the globe and includes hands on experience as head chef for five star restaurants and hotels, silver service waiter and resort manager.
He moved to Australia 28 years ago with his wife and has worked as Executive Chef on Fraiser Island’s Resort and Sea World Nara Resort, where he spent 16 years overseeing three kitchens, six food outlets and 400 resort rooms.
Jiri is now the executive chef of Alleys, Dune Cafe at the Palm Beach Parklands and catering company Foodoo
