More About Our Executive Chef

Executive chef, Jiri Solnicka has been producing exquisite food for 30 years. Jiris experience is international, working in fine dining restaurants in Austria and Germany, moving to Australia 28 years ago with his wife. Jiri worked at Sea World Nara Resort for 16 years overseeing three kitchens, six food outlets and 400 resort rooms. Jiri is now the executive chef of Dune Cafe at the Palm Beach Parklands and the newly developed catering company Foodoo
