How does the program work?
When you spend in the club, simply produce your membership card to earn points which will be stored on your membership card. Accumulate these points which can then be redeemed to pay for goods in the club outlets or redeemed for cash at the change cashier.

What happens to my points earned under the Choices program?
Choice Points earned under the Choices program will automatically be transferred to the Member Rewards program.

Do I earn points in all areas of the club?
When you use your membership card you can earn points when playing gaming machines, dining in the café or Alleys, when purchasing beverages in the bars or the bottleshop, buying bingo tickets and paying for functions.

How many levels are there?
The Member Rewards Program is a three-level tiered system, with each tier offering rewarding benefits.

Tier Points Needed

Gold – 18,000
Silver – 3,000
Bronze – Entry Level All eligible members automatically are granted the introductory level of Bronze.

The more points you earn on your card, the higher the level that you can achieve. Rewards are offered to Members based on their level.

How will I know which level I am on?
Simply swipe your card through MIKE at the front entry and your level will be discretely displayed on the screen.

How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance at any gaming machine or with the Change cashier.

How do I move up levels?
Every month on the 10th, your points will be reviewed and if you are eligible you will be moved up a tier.

Can I go down a level?
Points will be reviewed every 6 months on the 10th July and 10th January and levels will be adjusted accordingly.

Reward Yourself!
Accumulate reward points which you can then use to pay for food, beverages, bingo tickets, functions and other goods in the club outlets or redeemed for cash at the change cashier.

Or Reward someone Else!
Points can also be redeemed to make donations to charitable or local community groups – as authorised by Management of Currumbin RSL. Currumbin RSL will then match this donation!

Do my points expire each year?
Points earned by Silver and Bronze levels can be redeemed for Rewards by close of trade on 31 December of each year on which date they will then be purged.

Points for Gold levels do not expire unless a breach of terms and conditions occur

In December we will have a major promotion to remind members that points will expire on the 31st December to encourage their redemption.

A virtual showcase is available for redemption of points for products which can be used as Christmas presents, or members can redeem their points for CASH !

What is the information used for?
The information is used to reward customers and for target marketing.

There are extremely high levels of privacy and none of the information is passed onto 3rd Parties. The Club is governed by very strict privacy laws

*Other information:
• You are only permitted one membership card at any one time
• You must be a financial member of Currumbin RSL to qualify for Member Rewards
• Your membership and any accrued Points or Rewards are not transferable
• Suspended or expelled members forfeit accrued points
• Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of the Club

Can I opt out of the program?
You are able to opt out of the Member Rewards program at any time, by notifying the Chief Executive Officer in writing.
